Having a conversation with a coach may feel like stepping out of your comfort-zone. I get that. After all, you discuss your personal questions, doubts and fears with an outsider. I’ve been there too. Until I met that one coach who really listened, who confronted me with my obstacles and finally showed how I could work that out.<\/p>\n

That’s exactly the kind of coach I want to be for you. I want to you help with taking that next step. I’ll give you the push you need to get where you really want to be. I’m a solid sparringpartner, with over 30 years of experience in management and executive positions.<\/p>\n

Who am I?<\/h2>[vc_column_text]Ever since I was young I’ve been in charge of large groups of people. Others happened to see something in me and gave me chances, but even more important: I took my chances. I worked my way up from the “shop floor” to the board room. I’ve always been ambitious, but my definition of ambition has changed over time. “I want to achieve the highest possible” became “I want to get as much satisfaction as possible out of work and life”. What that means for me? I’ll be happy to tell you more about that during our first meeting.<\/p>\n

I do realize that I’m a “lucky guy”, but I also realize I worked hard to achieve my goals. I truly believe you always have to keep learning – every day – and that there’s always room to improve yourself.<\/p>\n

Being coached by me isn’t something vague.\u00a0I am not a therapist, but a discussion partner on the same level. Together we’ll search for the answers on your questions. Together we determine actions that bring you ahead and we search for solutions to the problems you find on your way in achieving your goals.<\/p>\n

Intake<\/div>

Intake<\/h3>

A coaching-program always starts with a free-of-charge intake interview. During this interview we determine what questions you have and what you want to achieve, in short: what is your personal coaching-request.<\/p>\n

At the end of the intake interview we know what to expect from each other and if we are a match. We jointly agree on the follow-up process.<\/p><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/5″]

Coaching-program<\/h3>

After the intake we draw up a coaching-contract, in which we agree upon the coaching-program. On average a coaching-program consists of 4 to 6 personal meetings of 2 hours.<\/p>\n

We agree on where the meetings take place. That can be at my office, but also at your office or even somewhere else. It’s also possible to have the meetings online, by means of video-call (Teams).<\/p><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/5″]

Evaluation<\/div>

Evaluation<\/h3>

In our final meeting we evaluate the coaching-program. Has your personal coaching-request been answered? Have the goals been met?
